Price
Clocktower never charges per user fees.
The minimum charge for Clocktower is $49/month. We only bill for the time you enter, so you can add as many employees, clients and offices as you want and you won’t have to worry about your bill. When time is entered into Clocktower it is billed at a rate of only $0.03/hour. If you enter more than 5,000 hours in the month (equivalent to about 29 full-time employees) your rate goes down to $0.02/hour for the additional hours! For example, if you enter 6,000 hours in a month your bill will be $170 ($0.03 x 5,000 hours + $0.02 x 1,000 hours).
Whether you are a small group, an independent contractor or a large company, you won’t ever have to figure out how many users you have in a given month… it won’t matter!

Stop Using Paper
Paper timesheets are cumbersome, wasteful and hard to keep track of. With Clocktower you can afford to set up all of your employees and clients online, from the largest and most demanding of customers to the smallest. Because Clocktower’s timesheets system allows you to enter time online, your employees can complete their timesheet from anywhere with an Internet connection.
Still need to use paper timesheets for some of your clients? No problem! Clocktower allows certain users to enter time for other employees, which means your paper timeslips can be entered into the same system as all of your other timesheets.
